Jan. 14, 2014: Strong Northwest Winds Gust 40-55 MPH Across The Area

Strong winds were observed across south central Nebraska and north central Kansas between the early morning and afternoon hours on Tuesday, January 14.  A sustained northwest wind of 20-35 MPH, with gusts generally in the 40-50 MPH range, were noted across the area.  Below is a table which includes peak wind gusts and associated times from across the area.
