Oscar Semadeni presented Helmut E. Landsberg Award

 

 Oscar Semadeni 
presented the 
Helmut E. Landsberg Award.


Oscar has been observing the weather since 1949 from his farm about 15 miles southeast of Monticello, Utah.  He received the John Campanius Holm Award for outstanding observations in 1979, and the Thomas Jefferson Award for outstanding and distinct service in 2001, the highest award a cooperative weather observer can get.
