Another Round of Severe Weather

June 4, 2008

A low pressure system and warm front over the tri-state region brought another round of severe weather and flash flooding to Yuma County in Colorado and Dundy and Hitchcock counties in Nebraska. The active weather pattern is expected to continue through at least today (June 5). More information will be added to this site as it becomes available.

The above image is Radar estimated precipitation from noon MDT on the 4th to 1 AM MDT on the 5th. Over Yuma County, up to 5 inches of precipitation was estimated to have fallen, widespread flooding was reported in the town of Yuma.
