A upper level low pressure system will bring several periods of heavy rainfall to the region through mid week. As much as 1 to 2 inches could fall over central and east-central parts of the state...with around 1 inch across the north.  Anyone living near rivers and streams that are prone to spring flooding should monitor the latest forecasts.
