*Very Cold Today*

Arctic air will remain over the area today with widespread wind chill readings of 10 to 25 degrees below zero expected this morning.  High temperatures this afternoon will only climb into the single digits above zero over central and north central WI and between 10 and 14 degrees over eastern WI.  If you will be outdoors, wear multiple layers as well as a hat and gloves.  Frostbite can develop on exposed skin in as little at 30 minutes with wind chills this low.
