A slow moving low pressure system brought two rounds of snowfall to the area February 22 and 23.  The first round spread north over the area during the early morning hours, then after a short break, another round developed during the afternoon.  Light snow lingered into the overnight hours.  Total snow accumulations were mainly in the 4 to 8 inch range.
