Bitter Cold Wind Chills through Friday Morning

Arctic blast will result in a period of bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills this week.  For tonight, wind chill readings of 15 to 25 below zero are expected for most spots, with the coldest readings in north central Wisconsin.  Wind chills this low can cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes. Dress in layers and avoid being outdoors for extended periods of time.  Arctic air will remain in place this week.
