Send us a Snowfall Report

A Winter Storm is bearing down on the Great Lakes bringing heavy snow, strong winds, and very cold temperatures to Southwest Lower Michigan late tonight through Monday. The more information we receive from the public the better we can determine the severity of the event. As a result your local Grand Rapids National Weather Service Office would ask that you send any snowfall reports that cover both storm total, 24 hour measurements, and hourly amounts if they exceed an inch or two.  You can add remarks for drifting, blowing snow, any wind damage or car accidents or even power outages if you know of them.

So we look forward to seeing your snow totals througout the event.  Stay safe!!!

You can input them at www.crh.noaa.gov/grr/spotter/
