Flash Flooding Hits Big Rapids Area

A narrow band of very heavy rain developed Tuesday evening from Baldwin to Big Rapids. National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated that 3 to 6 inches of rain fell in this band, and most of that fell in less than a three hour period between 9 PM and Midnight.
