A slight risk for severe thunderstorms exists across part of central Lower Michigan this evening. Scattered thunderstorms will form along a cold front and move southeast with some storms becoming strong and possibly severe. Damaging winds and hail to one inch in diameter are the main threats with these storms. If you are going to be outside this evening, keep tabs on the weather.
