* Dense fog is expected to redevelop late this morning and continue into this evening with visibilities less than 1/4 of a mile in some locations.

* Heavy rain and thunderstorms are in the forecast for tonight.  When combined with the snowmelt, frozen ground and ice in some rivers, an increased risk for flooding will exist. 

* The flood risk from the heavy rainfall  will extend into Friday as the crests make their way down area rivers.  HPC Precipitation Forecast through Thursday Morning

*Arctic air will rush back into Southwest Lower Michigan Wednesday afternoon and last into the weekend. Moderate to potentially heavy lake effect snow is possible Thursday into Friday.
