Upcoming Spotter Training

The Indianapolis National Weather Service is presenting Spotter Talks across central Indiana. You can view the latest list of upcoming talks.  Spotter talks are free, open to the public, and typically last about 2 hours. The classes cover:

  • How you can recognize severe weather indicators in the clouds
  • What information to report to the National Weather Service
  • How to remain safe while observing storms.

A new printable Spotter Brochure has been created as well.
