Indiana Preparedness Week, Sept. 9-15

Governor Mitch Daniels has proclaimed September 9-15 as Indiana Preparedness Week. Residents and businesses are urged to take steps to be prepared in case of a terrorist attack, weather-related emergency, or even health issues such as pandemic influenza.

"Unpredictable weather and natural disasters can strike Indiana at any time," says Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman. "We want all Hoosiers to be prepared for man-made disasters as well."
