Coldest Morning at Indianapolis since February

 Temperatures in Outlying Areas reached -1 degrees

With several inches of fresh snow on the ground, clear skies, and light winds, this morning’s low temperature at Indianapolis International Airport was 10 degrees. The last morning that it was at least 10 degrees or colder was the morning of February 18th 2007, when the temperature fell to 7 degrees.

The morning low at Shelbyville Municipal Airport at Shelbyville, Indiana was a bone chilling -1 degrees this morning.

Surrounding areas outside of the city were even colder, as numerous unofficial sites marked temperatures in the low single numbers.
