With the approach of a strong, yet compact storm system and associated cold frontal boundary from the northwest...tomorrow is shaping up to be an active day across central Indiana, particularly in the form of increasing temperatures and the possibility of severe storms. Gusty southwest winds will usher warmer conditions into the area ahead of the cold front. Afternoon high temperatures in the lower to middle 90s are expected. Couple that with dewpoints in and near the 70s and you have a recipe for afternoon heat indices in the 90s and even the lower triple digits.
