IS 0.6 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 56.4 DEGREES. THE MEAN
TEMPERATURE AT LONDON WAS 56.7 DEGREES...WHICH IS 0.5 DEGREES ABOVE
THE NORMAL OF 56.2 DEGREES. JACKSON/S SPRING WAS A LITTLE WETTER
THAN NORMAL...WHILE LONDON ENDED UP DRIER. THE JACKSON WEATHER
OFFICE FINISHED WITH A SEASONAL TOTAL OF 13.24 INCHES...WHICH IS
