Three Day Rainfall Totals Up to 5" Observed across Parts of East Kentucky

3 Day Rainfall Totals

Rainfall amounts over the past three days have been pretty heavy for some areas. A narrow band from eastern Jackson County eastward into Pike County has received from three to as much as five inches of rainfall since Sunday. With more rounds of showers and thunderstorms likely over the next week, there will be an increased risk of flooding should thunderstorms line up and pass repeatedly over these rain soaked areas once again.
