Heavy Rainfall Across Eastern Kentucky Friday October 27th...

East Kentucky was soaked from a 2-day rain event Thursday night and Friday. Storm total rainfall averaged near 2 inches for most areas. No significant flooding has resulted from the prolonged rain, althought there have been rapid rises on streams and rivers around the forecast area. Some minor lowland flooding has occurred in several areas.
