WINTER TEMPERATURE OF 33.1 DEGREES...WHICH IS 3.6 DEGREES BELOW THE
NORMAL OF 36.7 DEGREES. THIS MAKES THE WINTER OF 2010-11 THE SECOND
COLDEST WINTER ON RECORD...ONLY BEHIND THE 32.1 DEGREES FROM THE
PREVIOUS WINTER. STRANGELY ENOUGH...THE MEAN TEMPERATURE AT LONDON
WAS ALSO 33.1 DEGREES...WHICH IS 4.1 DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL OF
37.2 DEGREES. THIS PLACES THE 2010-11 WINTER AS THE 9TH COLDEST ON
RECORD. LONDON EXPERIENCED ITS 5TH COLDEST WINTER THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
DRIER THAN NORMAL CONDITIONS EXISTED AT BOTH LOCATIONS DURING
DECEMBER...JANUARY AND FEBRUARY. LONDON TALLIED 9.54 INCHES...WHICH
