Buckhorn Lake State Resort Park Designated a StormReady® Supporter

Representatives from the NOAA National Weather Service Office in Jackson, Kentucky presented the StormReady® Supporter Designation to Kentucky's Buckhorn Lake State Resort Park at a ceremony in the Conference Center at Buckhorn Lake, Friday, June 3rd.  Buckhorn Lake State Resort Park is the fourth State Park in Kentucky to earn this designation and only the fourth State Park in the Country to be designated a StormReady® Supporter by the National Weather Service.

Congratulations to the staff of Buckhorn Lake State Resort Park for their work on making the park StormReady® .
