THE COAL FIELDS. THE JACKSON WEATHER OFFICE FINISHED WITH A TOTAL OF
ONLY 6.41 INCHES...WHICH IS OVER FOUR INCHES BELOW THE NORMAL OF
10.61 INCHES. IN FACT...AUTUMN 2013 WAS THE FOURTH DRIEST FALL AT
JACKSON. THE LONDON CORBIN AIRPORT WAS DRY AS WELL WITH A TOTAL OF
8.94 INCHES...BELOW THE NORMAL OF 10.22 INCHES. ON THE TEMPERATURE
SIDE OF THE FENCE...COOL CONDITIONS WERE NOTED AT BOTH JACKSON AND
