Potential for strong to severe storms later this afternoon...

A slow moving storm system still to our northwest may spark thunderstorms over our area later this afternoon and evening.  Should these storms develop, low freezing levels and strong winds aloft may lead to low-topped storms or short bowing segments.  The strongest of these storms may produce large hail and isolated damaging wind gusts, with an isolated tornado possible especially in the Lake Cumberland region of Kentucky.
