In addition to the flooding issues...winds will continue to gust out of the north/northwest up to 40 to 50 mph through early afternoon mainly east of I-65. These winds are caused by a tight surface pressure gradient (tightly packed light blue lines in the image below) on the back side of an exiting surface low pressure.
