National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office

Another National Weather Service damage survey team will be headed out today to survey damage from early Wednesday morning storms.  One team surveyed damage yesterday across Monroe and Cumberland counties in southern Kentucky and found an EF-1 tornado.  The same team also surveyed Lincoln county this afternoon and found straight line wind damage.  Another team will head to Green county this morning and survey damage in Greensburg.
