24-Hour Rainfall Totals Ending 5 December 2012

A cold front pushed through the Ohio Valley yesterday, bringing with it plenty of rain across the commonwealth, especially along and just south of the Ohio River. Some locations saw over an inch of rain where some of the heavier cells had formed or trained over the same areas. Overall, this was much needed and welcome rain as most of the region has been below the normal amount of precipitation for the year.
