Wild Weather Tonight and Friday

An intense low pressure system will be crossing southern Michigan this evening.

As it does so, it will bring a variety of weather conditions to the region.  Winds will continue to gust in the 40 to 50 mph range through this evening, with much colder air pouring into the region.  Snow showers will develop this evening and pass across the Ohio Valley overnight.  Combined with the gusty winds, any heavier snow showers could cause some driving problems tonight.  The best chance for a dusting to around 1" will be across southern Indiana and the Bluegrass region of Kentucky.  Also, wind chills will drop into the teens!
