Snow Showers Diminishing This Morning

Snow showers will taper off through mid to late morning. Some additional light accumulations will still be possible through the morning hours. A Winter Weather Advisory continues to be in effect due to any light accumulations that may still occur.  Snow totals are expected to top out in the 1-2" range for the event with a few localized areas ending up with around 3".

Wind gusts will continue to be in the 20-30 mph range this morning which could cause blowing snow that recovers cleared roadways.

Travelers should use caution and plan extra time for the morning commute.  Drive slowly in snow and allow extra stopping distance between vehicles.
