24-Hour Precipitation Ending Friday Morning, 1 November 2013

A very moist and complex storm system moved through the region on Halloween night, dumping copious amounts of rain across Kentucky and southern Indiana. Most locations received about a half an inch or more, with a few spots reporting almost 2 inches in a 24-hour period. By sunrise Friday morning, the rain had exited the region off toward the east.
