AT CHICAGO...THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 59.2 DEGREES WHICH IS
0.2 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 37.9
DEGREES WHICH IS 0.9 OF A DEGREE BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 48.5 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.4 OF A DEGREE
BELOW NORMAL. 2.84 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED WHICH IS
0.54 OF AN INCH BELOW NORMAL. SNOWFALL FOR THE MONTH WAS 1.4
INCHES...WHICH IS 0.2 ABOVE NORMAL.
