AREA AND WARMEST EVER FOR MIDWAY...

EVERY DAY IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY RECORDED ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES
AT BOTH CHICAGO-OHARE AND ROCKFORD.  FOR CHICAGO...THE MINIMUM
TEMPERATURE DIPPED INTO THE TEENS ONLY TWICE DURING THE MONTH.  THIS
IS THE SECOND LOWEST AMOUNT IN THE RECORD BOOKS FOR CHICAGO.
