0.6 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 63.6
DEGREES WHICH IS 1.4 DEGREES AGOVE NORMAL.  THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 72.7 DEGREES WHICH IS 1.0 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
FOR THE MONTH...3.73 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED WHICH IS
0.89 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
