AT CHICAGO...THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 82.2 DEGREES WHICH IS
0.5 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 62.8
DEGREES WHICH IS 2.2 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
FOR THE SEASON WAS 72.5 DEGREES WHICH IS 1.4 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
FOR THE SEASON...12.67 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED WHICH IS
1.01 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL.

AT ROCKFORD...THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 82.2 DEGREES WHICH
