IS 2.6 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.  THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 19.4
DEGREES WHICH IS 0.8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
FOR THE SEASON WAS 25.0 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.5 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.
FOR THE SEASON...5.50 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED WHICH IS
0.31 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. FOR THE SEASON...52.4 INCHES OF SNOW WAS
RECORDED WHICH IS 24.1 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL.
