ON DECEMBER 27TH CHICAGO SURPASSED 1983 AS THE SECOND WETTEST YEAR ON RECORD SINCE 1885. FOLLOWING IS A LISTING OF THE TOP FIVE WETTEST YEARS IN CHICAGO.
