0.8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 32.0
DEGREES WHICH IS 0.4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.  THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 40.5 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.2 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
0.95 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED WHICH IS 2.2 INCHES BELOW
NORMAL. A TRACE OF SNOW WAS RECORDED WHICH IS 1.2 INCHES BELOW
NORMAL.
