   A mild and moist pattern will encompass the area tonight before a cool down on Monday.  Rainfall amounts have already been in excess of three quarters of an inch in places by mid-afternoon on Sunday. The rain and the melt together has created river and stream rises along with some field and ditch flooding, impacting some roads.
