MARCH 2013 AVERAGED MUCH COOLER THAN NORMAL ACROSS NORTHERN
ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA AND PROVIDED A MARKED DIFFERENCE
FROM THE PRECEDING MARCH WHICH HAD BEEN THE WARMEST ON RECORD.
IN FACT...THIS DIFFERENCE WAS THE LARGEST SUCH CHANGE FROM YEAR
TO YEAR ON RECORD IN ROCKFORD AND THE THIRD LARGEST IN CHICAGO.
