1981-2010 NORMAL OF 40.3 DEGREES. THIS WAS THE COLDEST NOVEMBER IN
CHICAGO SINCE 2000...WHICH HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 37.0
DEGREES.

FOR SOME ADDITIONAL CONTEXT...THERE WERE 7 DAYS WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES BELOW 35 DEGREES....THE MOST IN NOVEMBER SINCE 1996
HAD 11 SUCH DAYS. NOVEMBER 1997 ALSO HAD 7 DAYS WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES BELOW 35 DEGREES. FURTHERMORE...THERE WERE 4 DAYS
WITH HIGHS BELOW 32 DEGREES...THE MOST SINCE NOVEMBER 1996 HAD 5
