Volunteer Weather Observer Training In Vandalia...March 18

The Community Colaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow Network (CoCoRaHS) is a program in which volunteers from across the nation measure rain, hail, and snow. 

 The CoCoRaHS program has scheduled a training session in Vandalia Illinois on Monday, March 18th.   This would be a great opportunity for anyone in southern Illinois who is interested in the weather or in taking weather observations.       Here are the details:
