Very cold air remains entrenched over southern Wisconsin and the region. Temperatures this morning will fall to between zero and 10 below before beginning to rise later this morning. These cold temperatures and southwest winds of 5 to 12 mph will cause very cold wind chills between 15 and 30 below zero. A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for all of south central and southeast Wisconsin through 9 am CST.
