Bitter Cold Wind Chills This Morning (Updated 445 AM 2/27)

Brisk northwest winds will combine with a cold airmass to bring bitter cold wind chills of -20 to -30 degrees Fahrenheit across southern Wisconsin this morning. A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for all of southern Wisconsin until noon today.
