Madison Reaches Snowiest Month on Record

MADISON HAS ENTERED THE RECORD BOOKS ONCE AGAIN FOR SNOWFALL THIS
MONTH. WEEKEND SNOWFALL PUSHED THE DECEMBER 2008 SNOW TOTAL IN
MADISON TO 38.6 INCHES. THIS BREAKS THE RECORD FOR SNOWIEST MONTH
SINCE SNOWFALL RECORDS HAVE BEEN KEPT. THE OLD RECORD WAS 37.0
INCHES SET BACK IN FEBRUARY OF 1994.
