Record High Temperature for Milwaukee

The high temperature of 71 degrees in Milwaukee on Saturday set a new record high for the date. The previous record of 70 degrees was first set in 1874...and tied in 1945. 

Madison reached 71 degrees as well, but fell short of the record of 76 degrees set in 1915.

Today's high temperatures of 71 are more typical of mid-September for both Milwaukee and Madison.  Here's how todays temperatures stack up against the normals for November 7th, and with records for the date.
