December 2009 was 14th Coldest on Record Across U.S.

December 2009 temperatures were in the normal range across Wisconsin, but were 3.2 °F below average overall across the contiguous United States.

   

December 2009 precipitation across the contiguous United States was above normal and ranked as the 11th wettest on record.  For Wisconsin, December was also the 11th wettest on record across the state.
