2nd Wettest July on Record for State of Wisconsin

For the entire state of Wisconsin, July 2010 has gone down in the record books as the 2nd wettest July on record.

2010 has also been the wettest May through July period on record.


Looking within the state, east-central, southeast, and south-central portions of Wisconsin had the record wettest July.

July 2010 was also a very warm month overall, as last month the state of Wisconsin average temperature was the 20th warmest on record.  Comparing July 2009 Wisconsin average temperature that ranked as the 2nd coldest on record, July 2010 was a big change from last year.
