Strong winds buffeted most of southern Wisconsin on Tuesday as strong Low Pressure pushed from the Lake Superior region into southern Canada. Wind gusts reached 40 to 50 mph in many locations. One person was injured in Wauwatosa when a large tree limb fell from a tree. The strongest wind gust of 55 mph was measured shortly after 3 pm just southeast of downtown Pewaukee in Waukesha county.
