An upper level trough of low pressure that moved out of the Northern Plains will head into the Mid Mississippi Valley late this afternoon. As the trough continues to pull away to the southeast, light snow across southern Wisconsin will diminish this evening. Additional accumulations of up to one inch can be expected mainly along and south of I94. Total snow fall for the event will range from 4 to 5 inches across southwest Wisconsin with lighter amounts to the north and east.
