For today, Election Day 2012, a mixture of rain and snow will affect portions of southern Wisconsin this morning, changing to all rain this afternoon.  Some light snow accumulation is possible mostly on the grass west and northwest of Madison.  Daytime maximum temperatures will be in the lower to mid 40s across southern Wisconsin.
