Bitter Cold Wind Chills This Morning

Arctic Air Has Arrived

A bitter cold airmass has settled over the area as arctic high pressure will slide into region. Brisk west winds, combined with the very cold temperatures, has created bitter cold wind chills.  A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect this morning across south central and southeast Wisconsin.
