What Wisconsin Tornado Chasers do to Prep for Next Tornado Season

Wisconsin has experienced a long, cold and somewhat snowy 2012-2013 winter season.

Question:  What do some of Wisconsin's finest tornado chasers and severe weather spotters do to prep for the upcoming severe weather season?

Answer: They gather in early March for a pizza party to trade 'war-stories,' show video of their most memorable chases and examine images of severe storms!

Below is a group picture from their March 2nd get-together.  Ron Riemersma (2nd row, 2nd from right) organized the pizza party.   I attended by party in order to give my thanks to the group for sharing their images and video over the years.  Some of their material is used in our annual severe weather spotter classes.  Click on image for larger version.
